Anti-Spam Policy
ShowMe is committed to the prevention of spam email.
Everyone who registers on ShowMe has the choice, on registration, to not opt into receiving our Newsletter “ShowMe Connecting with You”.
If you did opt in and no longer wish to receive our Newsletter then all you have to do is to select the Unsubscribe option on the Newsletter, which will update our Database.
A registered user will never receive anything other than our Newsletter, except in the following circumstances:
- There is a crisis in the community, and we need to rally help. A good example of this would be a missing child, a flood or other disaster that requires community effort. Here we would send out an e-mail to inform everyone of the problem and how you could help. However, if you have unsubscribed from our mailing list, we will not be able to enlist your help through ShowMe.
- You are a registered business, and have opted in to receive information about products, services or information that could be really valuable your business. For example, if the Receiver of Revenue is coming to Plett to run courses; we find out about changes in Tax or a new, improved product is released on the market that could be suited to your business. Once again, if you opt out of receiving this information, we shall exclude your business from our information mailings.
The intention of ShowMe Management is to support our community, whether you are a ShowMe user or a ShowMe business. We are in complete control of any information distributed from ShowMe, and you can rest assured, spam is forbidden.
